Post #188 - Living the Life of y=sin x

Very nice number hor? =)

I've decided to slack off today after the bio and geog exams...
I shall be nice and type a post for you all.
Some more hor, today got alot of weird things happen to me. =O

here goes:

Yesterday night, I had to cram whatever Biological information I needed to cram into my head.
Today morning, I was cheong-ing whatever Biological information I could cheong into my grey matter. (an arduous process that has to be done repeatedly before an exam if you have no confidence in the subject)

Then came the usual boring routine. MariKitaRakyatSingapuraSamaSamaMenuju, We the citizens of Singapore, announcements, Mrs Lim blah-ing about TKGS girls being ridiculously slower than TKSS dudes for coming to assembly, Mrs Lim commenting that the repetitive music that is played in the morning is CHEERFUL.

Yes, cheerful.

I get bored.

y=sin x reaches an all-time low of -1.

Does that sound nostalgic, edha?

After all the hum-drum boredom, I decided to be an opportunist, and make use of the 5 minutes of travelling time to our classroom... to study, yes. What else?

As I was walking towards the foyer, bio notes in hand, I heard a more than familiar voice beckoning a fellow homosapien.

"Chun Ling!!! eh. Chun Ling!!" (repeats this for a few times)

Being kaypoh, I decided to turn back.
A (MORE THAN) familiar skinny male teacher wearing a turquoise shirt and black pants smiled at me.

"Chun Ling, you read books and walk must careful ah! Dun walk walk read read then fall down ok."

I gazed at him, dumbfounded. (and no, it’s not because he’s handsome)

"er
I am not chunling… and no I don’t think I will fall down haha”

*walks over to see my nametag*
"orhhh xinyi ah! good luck for your exam ah!"

"ehh ok thanks mr yap =)"

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MR YAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was your student for like 2 years and you still call me chunling!

>=(

I am damn insulted by his RAM. hmph. =P
Ya lah. But nonetheless, thanks mr yap!=) ________________________________________________________

On the way home on bus 10 today, I encountered a

TERRIBLE

traffic jam, man. None of the cars in front were moving, and the worst part was that no one knew why. So, I got stuck in the top deck of bus 10 for approximately 20 minutes withouht the bus moving. So agonizing right.

If any of you took bus 10 before, you'd know that bus 10 generally drives straight foward. But today, after the bus driver (thankfully) brought the bus out of the jam, a traffic police guy standing on the road, directing the traffic, told the bus driver to turn right.

The bus was going off course!

But, gahmen is gahmen, police is police, xinyi is xinyi (not chunling), so the bus driver just turned right reluctantly.

then came the jeers and whatever you may call them from the passengers. Some idiots were actually SCOLDING the bus driver. Can you believe it.. It's not even the poor guy's fault! Yea so alot of people missed their stop,and had to get off at this bus stop that only had bus 16 stopping there.

There was this maid sitting at the bus stop. She was like "???" and I tell you her face was DAMN funny and I was laughing to myself.

But later, the bus thankfully went back to the bus 10 route.

Kudos and kudoses and more kudoseses to the bus driver!

When I went down the staircase in the bus to get to the bottom floor, I realised that the bottom floor was actually TOTALLY EMPTY. Like girl. Like, can you believe it. Like. Ok I shall stop like-ing.

As I looked out of the windows of the bus, I saw to my utter horror that the bus stop which I was alighting at was CRAMMED with people. In terms of mol/dm3.

Er no. I mean, the people looked like they were spilling out of the bus stop. Crikey. And this hoard of people were going to cheong into bus 10, but the bus driver actually told them to go away. (?) Huh.

Afraid of getting stamped on by the hundred+people at the bus stop, I cheonged out of bus 10 and went home to have my fried rice and ice cream mooncake. =)

There you have it, all in a day's work.

Good luck to all of you and of course to myself for whatever remaining exams we have! Mug hard. No. Mug HARDER! Mug so hard that your brain would measure a magnificent 10 on the Moh's scale of hardness. =) Heh.

(dreaming of the slacking days: friday qing gong yan and next next tuesday. Hope mdm seah let me be extra and go singapore biennale with art club ppl)

xinyi =D
